How far in advance should we book your services?

We recommend booking our services at least 7 days in advance to ensure availability and proper preparation. We can accommodate bookings with a minimum of 48 hours' notice, but any requests made less than 7 days in advance will incur a fee.

Can we customize a package based on our specific needs?

Yes, you can customize your package to suit your specific needs. You have the flexibility to add extras such as additional hours or more staff, and you can also remove certain add-ons to make the package more affordable.

How long after the wedding will we receive our photos and videos?

You will receive your deliverables, including photos, videos, and other agreed-upon items, 30 days after your wedding.

What happens if the wedding date changes or is canceled?

There will be no fee if you notify us of a rescheduled wedding date 30 days before the original date. However, a fee will apply if the rescheduling occurs within 30 days of your wedding. In the event of a cancellation, you will be refunded everything except for the non-refundable deposit.

How do you handle rights to the images and videos? Can we share them online?

After you receive your deliverables, you will own them and can use them as you wish, including sharing them online.

Do you provide drone wedding services?

Yes, our Sintra package includes drone services, but you also have the option to add drone services to any package.

Do you offer engagement photo or video sessions?

No, we do not offer engagement photo or video sessions. However, we have a list of trusted photographers and videographers who can handle that.

Can we request edits or revisions to our photos and videos after receiving the deliverables?

After receiving the deliverables, you are given two revisions for the photos and videos.

How do you handle difficult lighting situations, such as low light or harsh sunlight?

Our media team is experienced and equipped to handle any challenges that may arise during the wedding day, including low light and harsh sunlight.

Can we view sample wedding albums or highlight reels?

Yes, please go to the portfolio section to view our work or visit our social media accounts.

Do you have backup equipment in case of technical issues?

Before each wedding, our team packs additional equipment, including cameras, lights, and batteries, in case of technical issues.

Do you offer albums or prints as part of your packages?

Yes, wedding albums and prints are included in our packages. You can visit our packages page to see all the available add-ons.

Can we provide a shot list or do you prefer to capture moments naturally?

During your consultation, feel free to share any specific shots or poses you'd like for your photos and videos on the wedding day. However, please note that we prefer to capture most moments naturally.

Can we request specific music for our wedding video?

We highly recommend letting us know the music you'd like for your wedding videos. This will ensure that you love the final result even more.

Can we request raw, unedited footage in addition to the final edited videos?

Yes, you can request raw, unedited footage, and we will be happy to provide it to you.

Are there any travel fees associated with weddings outside your local area?

We currently do not offer any wedding services outside the Las Vegas area. In the future, we plan to provide services to neighboring states

How do you handle inclement weather on the wedding day?

Our media team monitors weather reports in the days leading up to the wedding. We come prepared with equipment, clothing, and gear suitable for weather conditions.

What if my venue already provides a planner or media team?

We work closely with on-site coordinators at any venue you choose to ensure all your details are in place. While venue coordinators are important for executing behind-the-scenes tasks and managing the facility, they may not provide the same level of attention to detail as a full-service planner or media team. We are deeply committed to every aspect of your event and limit the number of weddings we take on each year to maintain a highly focused approach.

We try to be as helpful as possible within your planning package parameters and are very upfront with all the inclusions. Our philosophy is to provide you with the best service possible, which often requires us to do whatever it takes to make your experiences as stress-free as possible. When you meet with Camden, Ishe, or Lee, please ask for specific examples. We would be happy to talk through the many inclusions and very few exclusions!
